- こっかそうどういんほう【国家総動員法】1938年（昭和13）に制定された戦時体制下の統制法。 日中戦争の長期化に対処するため， 人的・物的資源の統制運用を目的としたもの。 これにより広範な権限が政府に与えられ， 戦時体制が強化された。 46年廃止。
